Offering variety and responsibility this key support role will see you as both the first point of contact for the sales team, and PA to the NSM, including sales reporting, sales meetings, admin support, travel and accommodation arrangements, diary management as well as occasional reception cover.
Priding yourself on your professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to achieving results you will be a true team player who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, and always delivers on time, every time.
Using your exceptional planning, organisational and negotiating skills you will enjoy the ownership of pulling together successful sales conferences and industry events, up to 12 months in advance.
With highly honed MS skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP experience you will be skilled in pulling corporate reports together from various computer programmes, and presenting then to local and international stakeholders.

Flexibility to travel away from home for conferences and training 12 nights per year will be required.
