We are a North Shore based security installation & service company seeking to employ a competent and experienced Security Alarm Technician to take on the role of organising and supervising a small team of technicians.
The position could be an ideal step up for an experienced security technician wanting to move into a supervisor/organiser role, or could suit someone currently in this type of role who is looking for new challenges.
The position is still very much a hands-on role, so alarm installation and service experience working with a variety of alarm panels is essential. (Familiarity and competence with DSC and Paradox product is a definite advantage)
Our core business is the service and installation of alarm systems for small to medium commercial and residential situations, as well as intercoms, access control and CCTV.
In addition to solid security industry experience, we are looking for someone who is a problem solver and decision maker with proven organisational skills. You will ideally have:
a “go for it” personality
logical approach to fault finding
good customer relations and communication skills
high quality workmanship
plenty of initiative
eagerness to extend yourself and go the extra mile
As we are based on the North Shore (but servicing the wider Auckland area), you will preferably reside in or close to the North Shore area.
