About the role:
The Territory Manager role requires a sales champion to manage, nurture and grow accounts in the Auckland territory, including key accounts.
You will live and breathe the Sprig + Fern brand, be an ambassador day to day and represent us at events proudly.
You will be responsible for driving growth across the greater Auckland, Northland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty regions. This region is a huge opportunity for the right person, with a big focus on new business.
This role requires strong sales experience and knowledge of managing a sales territory and growing the accounts within it.
A high level of computer literacy is needed because you will use Microsoft Office and a CRM regularly.
About you – You will:
Have extensive background in account and sales management of a Territory preferably FMCG
Be excellent at customer relationship building and retention
Have a proven track record of sales growth and CRM management
Have energy, passion and a drive to get things done and deliver outcomes
Be highly engaged and connected with the brewery-based team in Nelson
Have strong sales reporting skills
Have a passion for craft beer and ciders
Have a clean and valid driving licence
