The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) is looking for a highly professional and enthusiastic superstar who will provide secretariat and logistical support to the team, governance groups and forums that oversee MPI’s strategic direction. You’ll be involved in attending meetings of senior officials, preparing agendas, taking minutes, organising travel, liaising with stakeholders, hiring venues, organising catering, and printing, proofing and distributing papers.
To be successful in this role you will have strong attention to detail, with great planning and organisational skills. You’ll be confident with MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint, and online document management systems. You’ll also be adept at building and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
