Student Services Administrator – Whitecliffe – Auckland

About the role:
This role is perfect for a lover of both detail and people. You will oversee registry functions and ensure reporting to TEC is timely and accurate. Your administration support for both staff and students will be organised, detailed and highly customer focused. Your day to day will include processing and recording enrolments, programme changes, grades, providing transcripts and ultimately requesting certificates for qualifications to celebrate the successful completion of programmes. You will maintain systems and processes and provide ‘general’ programme advice to existing students.
This is is a versatile and rewarding role in the education journey.
. Provide effective, efficient, and customer focused administration support for staff and students within Whitecliffe College and maintain a high level of customer service in interactions with customers. Establish effective interpersonal relationships with both Faculty and other administrative staff.

Preferred skills and experience:
A sound background in academic management and administration.
Knowledge of student management systems, quality assurance skills, policy development, cultural sensitivity and excellent oral and written communication.
Highly accurate and detail oriented.
