Ko tā mātou mahi – Our role
We seek a Lease Manager to join our Auckland Central-based team, taking responsibility for managing lease contract negotiations and re-negotiations with prospective and current lease property owners.
As the key link between private owners and ourselves, this role provides high levels of consistent service whilst balancing the requirements, complexities and challenges of providing social housing.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu – What you will bring:
Property-related degree, or comparable property experience
Well-honed contract management and negotiation skills, with a good understanding of lease contracts
Demonstrated success in developing relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
You’ll be adept at reporting, at home using Excel to produce a variety of reports
