The Receptionist provides a high level of front facing customer service to our owners and manuhiri, as well as administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong positive customer focus with an ability to listen
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Ability to handle multiple demands
Able to be diplomatic with key stakeholders
Comfortable in Tūwharetoa tikanga
Strong organisational skills
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Is able to self-motivate.
