About The Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our busy Sinnamon Park clinic in a full time capacity to provide exceptional customer service to our wide range of allied health and nursing clients. Experience in reception and/or administrative roles within the health care sector is required.
The role entails:
Meeting and greeting of all consumers
Welcoming them into our centre
Checking their funding and eligibility criteria and completion of necessary paperwork and well as all financial transactions
Processing of billing and invoicing for clients across a range of payment types, including CHSP, Home Care Packages, Private Health claims, Medicare and DVA.
In addition, the receptionist is responsible for:
The day-to-day administrative support of the clinical team operating from the centre
Working as a part of the administration team with other tasks as required
