As a Professional Standards Coordinator you will beresponsible for working within the Professional Standards team and across theorganisation to facilitate Council’s complaints and investigation processes aswell as reporting the progress of matters appropriately. You will be joining afun, close knit team, who are excellent in supporting one another and sharing knowledge.This is a team that is lead by a strong supportive leader, who encouragespersonal development and the cohesive team environment.
We are looking for somebody who has previous casemanagement or complaints management experience; a person who has worked inpositions that have enabled them to develop a high emotional intelligence andstrong resilience.
This role would suit a person who has stronganalytical and business writing skills, someone who can tell a story whenwriting, in a professional, logical, clear way that includes all relevant andimportant information. Being IT savvy is also an advantage with particularstrengths in using MS Word and PDF docs. We need someone who is looking to bepart of a team but can also work independently; who can organise themselves, butknows when to liaise with others to making things happen.
