Applications are sought from suitably experienced and qualified personnel for the position of Principal Advisor, Organisation Development based at our National Headquarters in Wellington.
This is an exciting and varied role within the NZ Fire Service. You will provide organisation development expertiseacross a variety of OD specialties lead and implement major organisationdevelopment projects. The Principal Advisor, OrganisationDevelopment sits in the Service Resilience and Development Team
Successful candidates will have:
proven experience in the design and delivery of organisation development projects
proven track record in organisational change management
a relevant tertiary qualification (or relevant work experience)
at least three to five years’ experience in a broadly focused organisational development role in a medium to large organisation
well developed communication and relationship building expertise
knowledge of all HR Management disciplines and an appreciation of how organisation development integrates with these disciplines
sound knowledge and experience of HR strategic planning and policy development.
This role will provide an experienced OD practitioner with an opportunity to lead some challenging and exciting projects during a time of significant transition to enable organisation effectiveness for the future.
