Job Description
Our Office Manager is leaving to explore new opportunities and adventures in the IT world, this has opened a vacancy in our office for a part time office manager.
Who are we:
A small not for profit organisation working in the Justice sector. We are a link between the Ministry of Justice, the facilitators and provider groups working in the restorative justice world. We are based on The Terrace in Wellington.

What do we need:
A part time office manager working up to 20 hours a week
What do you need, competencies:
Experienced administrator skills
Competent in Office
Competent in Xero
The position is primarily office-based. You will provide a high level of administrative support and key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining effective relationships with the membership, meeting and event coordination, drafting correspondence and travel and accommodation coordination.
This is a busy role where you can display you organisational and relationship management skills as well as your ability to work independently. It will provide an excellent opportunity to work with a team of highly passionate people and an iconic organisation whose work supports useful and positive outcomes in the justice sector.
Knowledge of te reo me ona tikanga will be an advantage, as well as, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salary range $40,000 – $50,000 pro rata
