Loan Administrator – Manukau – Kainga Ora – Auckland

Ko tā mātou mahi – Our Role
The role is responsible for admin duties, including but not limited to other roles within home ownership. You will be expected to change over time as the organisation responds to changing needs, and be flexibility to adapt and develop as the environment evolves. Other duties include the recovery of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings being initiated. We’re looking for someone that has amazing negotiation skills, has had previous experience handling debt issues and has a good understanding of assessing, advising and supporting our customers through the debt process. This opportunity will have you play a role in the assessment and administration of new loan products.

Proven experience as a Loan Administration Officer or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate respectfully and communicate rational for decisions made
Negotiating and implementing the best recovery strategy to enhance debt recovery
Ensuring targets are met
Prioritising workload and allocating resource in an effective manner
