ISR Executive Assistant – New Zealand Police – Waikato

ISR operates seven days a week throughout the year, so flexibility is required as you may be rostered to work some weekends and some statutory holidays.

Skills & Experience:
In order to achieve this, the Executive Assistant is expected to have excellent communication and time management skills and be able to cope with high volumes of work and changing priorities.
We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate:
Proven track record as an experienced Executive Assistant or equivalent role;
Day to day office management in a busy team;
Organisation and hosting of functions and events;
Email & diary coordination and management;
Preparation of reports and weekly newsletters;
Secretariat functions at formal meetings.

The following is desirable:
Experience in a Government or NGO sector administration or EA role;
An administration or computing qualification or similar;
Ability to touch type (75 words or more per minute with 95% accuracy).

Interviews for the role will be held in Hamilton 26 June so please ensure you will be available then should you be offered an interview.
