Integrity Administrator – ACC – Wellington

About the role
Integrity Services manages ACC’s Integrity Framework. We work to protect the value and sustainability of the services ACC provides to New Zealanders. We do this through targeted prevention, detection and response activities to minimise the occurrence of fraud, waste and abuse impacting the scheme.

Our group is spread right across the country, so your role is pivotal in keeping us running. As the Integrity Administrator, you will report to the Business Advisor to ensure timely and effective management and delivery of all administrative activities across the group. You will have huge variety in your daily work from travel arrangements, task allocation, general office and administrative support, assistance with privacy requests, secretarial support and process improvement.

What you’ll need to be successful
Firstly, we’re looking for someone who has a proactive nature to anticipate the needs of our team and at times the wider business.
You are well organised with excellent planning and coordination ability along with great influencing skills
You have excellent written and oral communication skills – and the ability to build strong relationships, collaborating with a wide range of people to achieve the right outcomes
Ability to be flexible and adaptable, able to deal with changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
You will be super-efficient and organised, so meeting deadlines within a high-volume work environment will not be a problem for you
Such talent, when combined with your professionalism and ambition can take you a long way within our organisation.
