Growth Manager – The Creative Store

Our client
is an ecommerce business in the beauty products sector. Only a couple of years in and on a massive growth trajectory, they are gearing up to be the next Kiwi success story. They are looking for a Growth Manager to join their team.

The Growth Manager
position is a broad and varied role, where you will get to help their small team grow. Like at many start-ups, you will work across a wide variety of disciplines, from recruiting to HR to office administration. Your mission, if you accept it, is simple – to empower the sales, marketing, product development and management team’s efforts as they scale their company from recruiting more team members to general office administrations.
You will have 5+ years’ experience working at a small, fast growing company, preferably HR and Admin functions. Strong project management, execution and clear communication skills is a must, and you will be detail-oriented while juggling many priorities and able to work autonomously.

Tasks include recruiting and HR management
helping with on-boarding, policies and process.
Development along with co-ordination of office planning as additional staff are added. Event management and planning of office excursions and off-sites, plus general office administrative work. This is a metrics-driven and data-informed environment, you will thrive on spreadsheets and reporting and use this to optimize and refine processes to meet the growth of the business.
A strong interest in direct to consumer companies and a love of fast pace and agile environments will make you the right candidate for this role.
