Our company has a network of clinics across the country and all our clinics are computerised and have fully equipped consulting rooms and exercise rehabilitation studios. At TBI Health you will play a key role in supporting a team of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Therapists and Psychologists.

About the role
Providing general reception and administration duties to support our Mana clinic.

What we are looking for:
If you enjoy dealing with people, have excellent computer skills and enjoy variety in your day this could be the role for you! A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of a busy team are all must haves. Knowledge of ACC and accredited employer policies is desirable.

This is a varied and challenging role. You will require excellent organisation and communication skills to be successful in this key support role. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional environment delivering a high-quality service to our clients and colleagues.
We are looking for a part-time (10 hours per week) person to be based at our Mana Clinic There may be a requirement to occasionally cover full time hours to provide reception cover ,a/l and sick leave .
