BreastScreen Auckland Ltd operates on behalf of the Ministry of Health, to offer free breast screening services to women aged between 45 and 69 in the Auckland Central region.
We have a full time position available for an enthusiastic and committed professional to join our call centre and help us promote this fantastic public service that’s free of charge for eligible women within our community.
This role is based at our Remuera screening site where our team works to ensure our clients receive the high standards of service we pride ourselves in delivering. The best candidate will represent Breastscreen Auckland by assisting with enrolment of new women, booking appointments and fulfilling administration duties that are integral to our daily operation. We’re looking for someone who can be relied upon to engage with the community and promote the great service we offer.
The chosen candidate will ensure our clients get the best possible care when dealing with their bookings, updating contact information and ensuring we reach as many women within our community as possible. Key attributes we are looking for:
Proven experience working in a busy office environment.
Sales and target driven.
Enthusiastic and confident.
Proficient with email and basic computer tasks, in house training for our systems is provided.
Able to deal with a wide range of clients from the Auckland community.
Organised and able to multi task.
Punctual with good time management needed to ensure the units operation.
A team player with a healthy ‘can do’ attitude who enjoys being part of a team culture.
Previous administration experience in the health sector is desirable but not essential.
