About the job:
Be thorough and have attention to detail
Able to work well with others and under pressure
Able to work independently
Flexible and open to change
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Strong computer skills and be able to use standard software packages competently
Greeting visitors at reception
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
Maintaining office systems
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g., finance, HR
Working in an office and going out to site

About you:
Be eligible to work in New Zealand
Have a full Class 1 licence and reliable transportation
Be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
Have a clear criminal record
