Harper Properties is a well established company operating in the property management industry, initially in the Auckland region, now looking to expand into Hamilton.
A great opportunity exists to join our specialist property management team.
This is a full time role managing a portfolio of residential investment properties.
The role will provide plenty of variety including: dealing with tenant concerns, checking rent payments, following up arrears, property maintenance, carrying out inspections, letting residential properties, communicating with owners and signing up new clients.
You will be supported by a friendly team and will need strong administrative, computing and people skills.
Other skills and attributes required:
Previous property management experience is required
Windows and Microsoft Office understanding
Willingness to take initiative and be proactive
Ability to provide a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants
Excellent phone manner
A high level of organisational and time management ability
Full, clean driver’s licence
Strong work ethic
Able to work enthusiastically on an individual basis and with others
Outstanding communication skills
As indicated previous experience in the property management industry is required.
