Child, Youth and Family (CYF) is a service line of the Ministry of Social Development and tasked with keeping children and young people safe and strong. We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our business support team who deliver services to CYF sites, across the Lower North Island.
You would be part of strong performing team, have a superb customer attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, solid organisational skills, can multi-task and think outside the square to achieve tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
The successful applicant will get to enjoy a range of tasks such as:
assist with Recruitment, HR, Payroll processing
compile service provider arrangements
coordinate financial recovery processes
health and Safety activities
support administration and business services.
The ideal applicant will have:
experience in Recruitment, HR and Payroll administration
competent business support know-how
outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
capable with database management and reporting
proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
team player, with a can do attitude and a good sense of humour
a tertiary qualification would be of value
a clean, current full driver’s licence.
