You will be focused on providing excellent quality deliverables and be a team player able to both support more senior staff and lead junior staff. You will ‘know how to do things right’ and also ‘do the right things’. You will be inquisitive and seek out innovative solutions while also being communicative and nurturing good relationships.
You will work on exciting projects and work with our engineering team undertaking commissions on behalf of private and public clients.
You will generally have the following attributes:
excellent written and oral communication skills
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
an appreciation of the broader context of transportation planning with an engineering perspective
strong understanding of urban traffic environments
a good eye for detail
be a commanding presenter in front of small and large groups
You will generally have had the following experiences:
an understanding of engineering standards
proven skills interpreting traffic modelling outputs
design skills balancing theoretical standards against real world environments
knowledge of the transport planning regulatory environment including environmental regulation
You will probably have the following knowledge:
A degree, postgraduate or masters qualification in engineering or planning or a specific qualification in transportation engineering.
