We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our growing Central Auckland based Team to manage our technical resource. The successful applicant will be willing to be part of a busy team contributing to the company’s overall profitability by embracing our core values and delivering on our mission statement.
To achieve this we are seeking the following attributes
Relevant experience in managing a technical team
Understanding of Service level agreements (SLA’s and KPI’s)
Effective and clear organisational ability
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to communicate confidently via email and telephone
Experience with MS Office and Job Analysis Software
Proven ability to thrive in pressure situations and multitask
The role is also including following task:
-Technical Admin support
-Technical Monitoring support
-Other duties as and when required
Experience within the Electronic Security industry and working with field technicians will be viewed as advantageous.
In addition to the above the successful application must also have or be able to obtain a Security License pursuant to the Private Security Personnel and Private investigators Act2010.
