Office Managers / Business Management Tutors – New Zealand Academic and Learning Institute – Auckland

New Zealand Academic and Learning Institute is a registered Private Training Establishment based in Takapuna, Auckland.

We are looking for two Office Managers/Business Management Tutors (one to start immediately, and one to start in August). These are full time positions.  Your role will be dedicated to working with the Director of Studies and a team of tutors and lecturers. This role is multifaceted and is suited to an individual who has previous student administration/management and teaching experience in an international education setting. Hours of work would be between 8am-5pm, Mon – Fri, although some flexibility may be required.

To be successful in this role you will have:


Relevant qualifications at Graduate Level (Level 7 or above) or equivalent, and proven management and teaching experience in either business strategy/ administration/ management/ marketing/ organisational design/ financial services.
Educational facilitation/ adult teaching qualification is recommended.​

Office Management and Teaching Experience

Experience of working with international students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Knowledge of maintaining the Wisenet student management system
Knowledge of NZQA qualification and course structure approvals plus reporting
Knowledge of international student insurance, visa issuance and renewal
A high level of proficiency in the use of information technology especially MS Office

·         Demonstrated teaching/training in a Business Management course at Level-6 or higher.
