We are currently looking for a Senior Technician to join our busy team and provide BAU support of our Queenstown based client portfolio. In addition to general hardware troubleshooting; the successful candidate will be comfortable and well experienced with Desktop Support, 1st, 2nd and 3rd level Helpdesk, Applications, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 7, MSOffice, and Networking.

Full-time hours – Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
To be considered you will require:
A minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar role (enterprise environment) including 1st, 2nd and 3rd level helpdesk.
Immaculate detailed communication, both verbal and written.
Customer Service oriented with a willingness to learn and to help others.
Ideally experience working within an ITIL environment.
Current NZ Driver’s Licence (essential).
Ability to work the occasional weekend and after hours when required.
Ability to travel within New Zealand.
Applicants with Data Warehousing, Logistics, CRM, Networking, and Windows Server experience will be given preference
