Support Officer – Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment

About the role:
The Support Officer will provide professional administrative assistance to support the wider NZGPP branch to meet their wide-ranging priorities and accountabilities by:
supporting, developing and delivering sound administrative systems and processes
dealing with multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
assisting with record keeping and filing
arranging travel, both domestically and internationally
assisting with meeting management and catering for business units and teams
processing of invoices and payments
ordering and purchasing of office equipment

The successful candidate will have:
Experience in providing excellent customer service and working within a team
Sound oral and written communication skills
Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems and processes
Excellent relationship management skills
Demonstrated agility in supporting multiple teams and responding to changes in priorities
Ability to perform secretariat duties would be a bonus
A high level of judgement and decision making skills
