This full time position requires someone who has outstanding written and verbal communication skills, has a warm and friendly manner and enjoys working with a friendly office team.
Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm Monday and Friday. Free on-site parking. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a great family ordinated company . (Start times or Finish times can be discussed further)

Qualifications & experience
1-3 years customer service experience required
Previous administrative experience preferred
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
High quality organizational skills
The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Simpro experience is an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities
Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider
Assist the business manager in day to day running of the service department
Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office
Help schedule jobs and organizing the domestic and commercial service team from an administration
Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources
Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs in simpro
Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services
Adding leads into SimPRO
Scheduling staff and jobs
Book installers vehicles for maintenance and servicing
Any other administration duties
Ordering and receipting in stock
If you are the right fit we are looking at anywhere between $50k to $70k salary for this candidate
