Personal Assistant to the Clinical Director – Orthotic Centre (NZ) Ltd

We are seeking
a Personal Assistant who will have the opportunity to demonstrate their proven organisational and administration skills supporting and managing the daily administrative tasks for the National Clinical Director.
You will need to be organised, articulate and a strong communicator as you will be developing relationships nationwide with our clinical teams whilst completing daily administration tasks.

Your extensive knowledge and experience of managing data of a commercially sensitive and confidential nature and demonstrated understanding of privacy in relation to client information is essential. Previous experience of creating presentations and the full range of MS Office Suite is critical to this position.
The ability to multi-task, prioritise urgent deadlines and above all, organise our very busy Clinical Director’s daily diary.
We can offer you a degree of flexibility in start and finish times and a newly refurbished working environment as we are moving to our new premises in April.
