We are looking for Personal Assistants/Team Administrators to join our Verification and Compliance branch in Immigration New Zealand, reporting to the Business Support Manager.
The Personal Assistant/Team Administrator is accountable for providing a high level of support to managers and teams in the branch to ensure they are able to effectively perform their role and efficiently use their time and skill to help deliver MBIE’s outcomes. You will use strong relationship management and organisational skills to process assigned tasks and resolve issues.
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, flexible and agile with a positive, proactive approach to their work ensuring tasks are completed to a high level of detail.

This role
is entering the business at an exciting time of change and growth, and will bring with them:
Proven track record of experience and achievement in providing personal and administrative support.
Demonstrated agility in supporting multiple teams and responding to changes in priorities.
Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems and processes.
Sound relationship management skills.
Good standard of computer literacy and word processing.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to prioritise to achieve MBIE outcomes.
Willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic environment.
