a pioneer and market leader in cloud computing, is looking for a permanent part-time Billing Assistant, for approximately 15-18 hours per week.
OneNet’s existing accounting systems are well established and reliable. The role of the Billing Assistant is to support the Billing Accountant to ensure our customers are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have an impeccable attention to detail, an enthusiastic attitude, be organised, accurate and reliable. Excel and general computer skills are essential, and Salesforce experience desirable.

The position
will work closely with and report to the Billing Accountant, who will provide on-going support and training.
OneNet is a highly regarded provider of hosted applications to clients ranging from one-person start-ups to 1,000 person firms, both in New Zealand and internationally. The OneNet team is relatively small, highly skilled and very gregarious.
The role is based in beautiful offices in Herne Bay, Auckland. Compensation will be relative to the successful candidate’s potential to maintain an outstanding record for accurate and on-time invoicing.
We will provide flexibility for this part-time position in terms of days per week or hours per day to suit the preferred candidate.
