The Kairuruku Tira
– Team Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the functions of our Monitors or front-line staff. In this role you will work across the monitoring teams of both the Auckland and Christchurch offices. Your key responsibilities will be to provide exceptional administration support and assistance to the teams, including but not limited to travel arrangements; calendar management; stakeholder coordination; event management; and document and information management. We are keen to find someone who likes to problem-solve, find efficiencies, and develop processes to improve our operations.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is:
Skilled in managing a range of administrative tasks across teams and sites.
Be familiar with government systems including travel and financial processes.
A team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for the business.
Experienced in implementing mini projects to improve efficiency.
Able to use initiative and judgement in prioritising and progressing with assigned work.
Driven to get the job done, be strong in multi-tasking and help others when and as needed.
