Are you an experienced and professional executive assistant open to an interesting role?
We are looking for a person who will provide professional, confidential and reliable assistance to a High Court Judge.
He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience
Experience providing executive support
Advanced level of proficiency in office procedures, business processes and database management
Advanced IT capability in a wide range of applications
Efficient and accurate document and content creation
Transcription as required with a very high degree of accuracy and typing from dictation
Understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and an interest in Te Ao Māori
Attention to detail and personal organisation is essential. Previous Associate or Personal/Executive Assistant experience is desirable. You may also need to be available for travel, sometimes at short notice and for extended periods.

Salary range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $54,689 and $71,417 based on skills and experience.
