Job Description
Welcome to infoodle, where the work you do has an impact helping people around the world. Infoodle is a CRM platform that is designed for Charities, Churches & Community Groups, allowing them to spend more time fulfilling their mission, and less time doing admin.
The successful applicant will have exposure or experience with one or more of these types of organisations.
We are looking for someone who has a technical mind, and can embrace supporting our customers using infoodle. We welcome applications from anyone with a year or more experience – but must be willing to work as part of a team, being flexible and teachable are key characteristics.

Do you feel you can perform the following roles:
Support – Phone & Email based support for customer queries
Training & Demo Webinars – Running live webinars to up-skill customers to use infoodle and demos for new customers
Technical Author – Keeping our help material up-to-date
