We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support our vast expansion within the Company.
You will be responsible for
Providing customer quotes for all aspects of roofing.
Following up with customers regarding quotes provided.
Attending to both inbound and outbound calls and emails
Assisting the wider Administration Team when required
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
Have strong communication skills- both written and oral
Great at multi-tasking
Excellent attention to detail
A high level of accuracy in your work
Takes initiative and seeks solutions for any problems that may come your way
Can work under pressure- attend to urgent enquiries and emails in a timely manner
Is passionate, professional and accountable in their role
Positive, can-do attitude
An ability to read architectural plans or experience with auto cad or a similar soft program, would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite, as full training will be provided
Our Administration Assistant will play a key role in facilitating the communication between the Client and the Operations Department.
