A position is available for a part time Solicitors Trust Account Administrator with Foley Hughes Solicitors located off Victoria Park in Auckland City, commencing as soon as possible at hours to be agreed 3 days per week (essential day Friday). The successful applicant will be responsible for all trust transactions and ensuring that the Law Society rules and procedures are complied with. The position would also involve assisting with general office administrative matters.
General experience in book-keeping and accounting will be required with a background in legal trust account preferred.
It is essential an applicant have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excell and Outlook and have a minimum of Level 2 NCEA with competence in English and Maths.
Excellent time management, organizational and administrative skills would be expected. It is a requirement that you hold a current NZ Passport or a valid working Visa to apply for the role.
