About the role:
The purpose of the position is to:
Have conversations with Customers and Advisers in a confident and professional manner, focusing on solutions which deliver great customer centric outcomes
Work with Advisers to provide solutions to Wealth Protection customers who are at risk of leaving
Make courtesy calls to customers
Capture customer and adviser insights in relation to customer care
Collaborate with Customer Service, Product and Distribution teams to share knowledge and respond to Customer Care opportunities

Capabilities & Experience:
Must Have:
Experience in a customer engagement environment
Good knowledge of sales and services techniques and processes
Outgoing Vibrant Personality

Nice to have:
Experience and understanding of the Financial Services Industry
Retention or Sales experience
