Actibush Ltd
is a small dynamic NZ company in the design and manufacture of hardened steel products based on the North Shore. We are looking for a confident, self-starter and experienced administrator to support our team and cover a wide variety of tasks from accounts, orders, inventory, reporting, phone sales and communication with both customers and the team of our sister company Active Engineering. Our business supports both retail and trade customers and we look for a person confident in their own skills but hungry to learn more.
Our admin and workshop team play a pivotal role in our business with emphasis placed on TEAM. So what does a typical day look like?

Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Banking and reconciliations
Stock inventory
Bush costings and delivery
Taking the overload of sales calls
Processing and packing of orders
General Data Entry
General Office and Administration support

You will be delivering a diverse range of assistance with general administration and business support that requires a good eye for detail and no two days look exactly alike!
In today’s business environment we look for a team member who is both computer literate and savvy. It is an absolute must that you are very confident with Microsoft and have a minimum Intermediate to Advanced capabilities with Excel. We use Reckon Quickbooks but are moving to Quickbooks Online.
Above all of this we look for that person who is confident, capable and is very customer focused. The successful candidate must have a positive “can do” attitude and must have at least 2 years New Zealand experience in general office duties. This experience, mixed with education and ‘grit’ will be reviewed during the application process.
Finally, candidates MUST be either a NZ Citizen or permanent resident.
Our office is located in Rosedale, Auckland. This could be a part time (25 hours per week) to full time role depending on you being the right person! Full training would be given.
