Accounts / Data Entry – Logistics & Transport Recruitment Ltd

I am looking for someone that has excellent administration skills, is computer savvy and picks up new systems quickly……..ideally having worked in Freight Forwarding / Courier or Transport in the past.
This is a long term temp assignment, however the opportunity to become permanent is good.

This role
is part time – 5 days per week, 6 hours per day.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Invoicing
* Data entry
* Reconciling invoices
* General administration
* Answering phone

Ideally we are looking for someone that understands the demands of a busy freight company, however having a great work ethic and the right attitude will go a long way.
You do need exposure and experience in Accounts Payable behind you and be able to start immediately……
