We are looking for an enthusiastic people leader to become a member of the Southern Leadership Team at Work and Income. This position is based in Otago.
The role of the Service Centre Manager is to provide effective leadership and efficient management of services that contribute to individual, family and community independence.
You will be an innovative and inspirational leader within a busy service delivery environment. Your focus will be embedding an outcomes-focussed culture, where transactions are done on-line or over the telephone, allowing our site-based Case Managers to move people closer to independence and connect them with jobs.
Your leadership will ensure the service centre performs professionally, effectively and efficiently, and in a way that constructively supports people into employment.
You will be a proven change leader (at a strategic and operational level) as you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation Regional and National initiatives that achieve successful outcomes.
