School Administrator
Permanent position – 30 hours per week

Do you want to join an award winning admin team? Are you a highly organised, committed person who values making a difference? We have an exciting opportunity to join our administration team as a School Administrator within the School of Social Services.

We are looking for a person who has significant administration or support services experience including working in a successful high performing team which is customer centred. You will be an experienced and proficient user of MS Office products, in particular Excel. This role requires highly developed interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a positive and productive team attitude. You will have the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

A relevant qualification, or equivalent experience, in office administration at level 4 is required but a relevant tertiary qualification at Level 6 or above is preferred.
