Provide administration support to a friendly and busy Recruitment team

We work in a funky converted warehouse in Eden Terrace.
Over the last few years we have been lucky to have had an Amazing Recruitment Support Administrator, but sadly she is leaving us, so we need to find someone as equally wonderful to fill her boots.
We are a boutique Recruitment Company based in Eden Terrace. The position is a busy one, supporting a small team of Recruitment Consultants, helping them with their day-to-day Administration and Recruitment Coordination requirements.
You will be performing a broad range of administration tasks, so will definitely need well-developed computing and administration skills. Strong MS Office Suite skills and good data entry are necessary. You will also need to be pretty organised, with good work-flow processes and time management.
As well as administration, you will really get involved in assisting the Consultants in all aspects of their work, liaising with both clients and candidates, involvement in marketing activities, PA Support, a multitude of tasks to keep them on track and the office working smoothly.
Any previous experience in the Recruitment industry, would be hugely beneficial, but not a prerequisite. Previous office support experience is pretty important. And we are particularly keen on those candidates who have a strong ‘can do’ attitude, who can use their initiative and are quick to pick things up. We want someone to really own this role and make it their own!
Light Reception duties; phone, meet and great
Keeping company database updated
Updating company website, adding new job posts, new articles
Managing the company social media sites
Posting job adverts on Job boards
Helping with reference checking processes
Assisting with candidate management, testing and resourcing
General administration – word processing, data entry, filing
Some basic accounts
Assisting with coordinating temps, candidate and liaising with clients
Supporting the marketing activities of the company
PA Support to the Director
General errands – banking, mail
Project work, including a new website development
And you will have to LOVE Administration!
