Project Manager – Parker Bridge – Auckland

Our client is a multinational player that operates a dynamic vehicle-orientated finance business. They live and breathe their values of commitment, expertise, passion, and respect and look for the same in all of their employees.

Due to recent internal promotion there is now space on the projects team for a Project Manager. In this role you’ll be following project framework and carrying out and controlling various medium to large business improvement projects designed to create efficiency and client service delivery improvements. This will be achieved via business analysis, requirement gathering, project communications, leading change management, keeping an eye on outsourced providers, and advising and assisting internal staff members on best practice.

A Prince 2 or equivalent project management qualification would be preferred, what is important is that you have a clear idea of how project management works from taking a brief to execution to delivery. In addition, experience managing multiple projects and application or software development projects would be ideal. Personality-wise, someone who is independent, juggles priorities, and has the tenacity and persistence to follow up and get work done in a timely manner is going to fit well within this small project management team.
