Office Administrator – Waikato Home Builders

Landmark Homes Waikato is looking for an Office Administrator to join our small, friendly team

We are seeking applicants who:

. Are enthusiastic, organised, and motivated with good self-management

. have excellent written and verbal communication skills

. have a high level of computer skills- including experience in word, Excel and MYOB or similar

. display sensitivity to confidential matters

. have a ‘can-do’ attitude, where no request is a problem

. has a good work ethic

You will be required to

. multi task so you can fulfill our diverse range of administrative requirements

. reception duties and customer service

. provide a high level of administrative support

. learn Buildmaster software for back costing

. prepare excel based reports on a regular cycle
