We are looking for a Fundraising professional to manage our Regular Giving and Telemarketing programmes.
Based in our Wellington office and reporting to the Group Manager Membership and Fundraising, you will:
use your exceptional relationship management skills to manage our Face to Face and Telemarketing programmes
ensure our external providers are meeting their targeted objectives.
use your superb financial and analytical skills to Monitor and report on performance metrics and associated income/expenditure data using various analytical methods.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will bring the following:
At least two years Fundraising experience in a Regular Giving/Telemarketing role
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work within deadlines and achieve results in a fast paced environment
High level of attention to detail
Experience in budget development, tracking and management
Knowledge of market segmentation modelling and demographic profiling
