This national market leader in Asbestos Removal and Demolition have hit considerable growth over the last 2 months. They are looking to bring on several staff, most importantly an experienced and versatile Project Manager. They are a top firm who provide quality services to all their clients.
As a Project Manager you will generate cost estimates and proposals, mentor junior staff, track/manage project budgets to ensure profitability and manage client relationships.
Duties will include assistance to the group manager in training and mentoring junior staff in the performance of their field work, drafting reports and at times be involved with business development.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Generation of cost estimates and proposals from gathered information
Development of business relationships with clients to secure future work
Work closely with junior staff to meet performance deadlines
Collection of data from sampling, reports, maps, drawings and tests
Perform other office, laboratory or field studies and duties that may be assigned by more senior level professional staff or the Office Manager
Your requirements for this role:
5-7 years of experience in Construction with Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification in Construction
3 years of experience in Asbestos/Demolition consulting
Project Management Professional certification preferred
Professional engineer or similar professional registration to the type of services and projects being managed
