Country Manager – Auckland – Rothbury Kinross Limited

Job tasks and responsibilities
This profit responsible role will lead all of the New Zealand company’s activities which includes one manufacturing and a distribution location in Auckland (Mangere and Airport Oaks) and sales/warehouse operations in Auckland and Christchurch.

The role will carry responsibility for all strategy, sales, manufacturing and distribution aspects of the business including customer relationships, pricing, product range selection, team development, and operational oversight. Of particular importance, this role requires refining and achieving the company’s strategic vision for New Zealand to achieve growth in sales and profitability.

Specific challenges in the role include:
Providing leadership throughout the organisation.
Consistent annual sales effort and success.
Constant focus on trade customers and customer service.
A commercial focus and performance in a sales and marketing distribution environment
Skills and experience

Sales & marketing background with manufacturing serving specialist retail customers.

Appreciation of consumer markets and high appreciation of retail customer service is essential.
