Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, you will provide auditing and compliance support to ensure the organisation operates in a compliant manner. This would include auditing all new business client contacts and ensuring a compliance Advice process has been adhered to, and auditing existing business cases to ensure record keeping and all communications has been dealt with appropriately. As well as carrying out the quarterly internal audit of AML/CFT documentation and assisting in producing AML annual reports. All-in-all, this role provides crucial technical support to the compliance and auditing function of this business so listing every responsibility wouldn’t be feasible.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Previous experience in a compliance/auditing-based role
A sound understanding of financial principals and compliance legislation
The initiative to research and stay up-to-date on legislation changes
A proven ability to research and write reports
