You will have a confident, outgoing personality, and a professional attitude. Experience in office administration, preparation of reports, accounts reconciliation, excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013 are a must. Basic HTML skills and knowledge of publishing packages also required. You must be comfortable with using social media. Knowledge of the tertiary education sector would be an advantage.

You will support our Careers and Employment team with a variety of tasks ranging from routine correspondence, data management, monthly reporting, assisting with publicity material, to assisting with events, attending the front desk and handling student and client enquiries.
