Florence Nightingale is a leading supplier of home and community support services. We deliver care services to a wide range of people in the community across a broad spectrum including; personal care, home help, and both serious injury and post-operative care.
We are losing our amazing Care Coordinator as she is returning to Wellington. Are you ready to take on this key role? You will be accountable for making sure people get the right care from our well established and skilled team of carers. You’ll need the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels and to develop your knowledge base so you can make effective staffing decisions. You must have the organisational and administrative skills to run the database system and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
A background in the healthcare sector will be an advantage as well as solid experience of successfully coordinating some form of service delivery, ideally with a 24/7 focus. As well, you’ll need to be team oriented with well-developed communication skills. Confidence and a sense of humour are essential.
