We are searching for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead the front of house team with enthusiasm and professionalism. At least 3 years experience is necessary to be the successful candidate, as well as a burning passion for food and service.

This dynamic brand new day time cafe will be very busy, therefore confident and knowledgeable service is a must. You will be required to manage the day to day running of the cafe, all administration, ordering, rosters and reports as well as implementing and managing all new cafe set up systems.

Excellent communication skills are a key requirement, as well as relevant experience in a New Zealand day time cafe. Leadership and staff management are a primary focus alongside courteous and respectful inter relationships with staff, suppliers and customers.

The ability to work consistently and calmly under pressure is necessary. Focus and well communicated direction is a must as well as superior customer service skills.
