ABOUT THE ROLE
This company has a newly created permanent opportunity for a Business Development Manager (Cloud, DR, Storage, Back-Up) to identify, pursue, and close opportunities with small and medium sized business in the public sector.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
At least 5-7+ years’ of relevant BDM experience in a similar role
Previous experience generating new business leads and doing pre-sales consulting for Enterprise Cloud Storage, Hosting, Data Replication and Data Recovery
Previous experience managing partners and managed service partners
Experience conducting pre-technical assessments – dealing with prospects and consulting (server environment, infrastructure, storage, etc)
Experience reviewing solutions and costings for existing and new clients and upselling existing clients on other solution offerings
Experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong sales, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Travel may be required
